Are your leather products ethically sourced? Yes, we are committed to ethical sourcing for all our leather products. We work closely with suppliers who follow responsible practices to ensure our materials are sustainably and ethically obtained.

How do I choose the right product for me? Consider what you will be using the product for, whether it's daily errands, travel, or organization. Each product description on our site provides detailed information about its size, material, and functionality to help you make the best choice.

Order and Shipping

How do I place an order? Simply add the desired products to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be prompted to enter your shipping information and payment details. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments. Secure transactions are our top priority.

How long does shipping take? Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Shipping times are generally 1-5 business days, but there may be delays due to increased demand.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy? We accept return requests up to 21 days after you have received your item for most items in new, unused condition in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

How do I initiate a return or exchange? Please contact our customer service team through our website with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

How do I care for my leather product? Leather products should be kept away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent fading and drying out. Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth but be mindful that rubbing the ink of the artwork could negatively impact the design. For deeper cleaning or conditioning, use products specifically designed for leather care.

In addition, store leather bags in their dust bags while not in use to prevent additional wear and tear. Store items snapped and “stuffed” so the bag shape is maintained while not in use. 

Please remember that real leather breathes so this natural movement may impact artwork.

Be gentle with your bag, while functional, these are art pieces. 

How can I contact customer service? Our customer service team can be reached via email or through our website's contact form. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

Do you have a physical store? Currently, we operate exclusively online to keep our prices competitive and to reach customers nationwide.
